Returns & Exchanges

Every 67 Verse item is custom-made just for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Change of mind
• Incorrect color or style selected by the customer
• Buyer's remorse

Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

If We Made a Mistake

We'll make it right.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Defective
• Incorrect: wrong item, size, or color shipped

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos showing the issue

We'll gladly provide either:

• A free replacement
• A full refund

There is no need to return the defective item unless requested.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll work with Printful to investigate and replace the order when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
